I will show you how setup Jira Software to manage you develop team (You can apply this step to other project).

- And Create Srcum template proyect.
3. Customise your columns. You can use any configuration that you want, in my expirience and for long year i am using this one.

4. Setup you issues for Jira every item is a issue (bug, testCase, Task, Story), you can change and customise the fields.

5. Crete rules to move you item between column, with specific conditions (values on fields).
